📜 Terms and Conditions
1) The Rates we offer are subject to availability.
2) The hotels we have offered in the package only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed thataccommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you.
3) In case the accommodation is not available at any of the above-mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
4) Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in the next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
5) The itinerary is subject to weather conditions and may be shuffled.
6) Anything which is not mentioned in "PRICE INCLUDES"
7) Expenses incurred due to bad weather, flight or ferry cancellation, strike or political unrest to be paid by guest as per actual
8) Any dispute regarding child age to be settled directly with hotels.
9) Extra cost may be charged due to natural calamities/political disturbances/ new orders passed by government/risks to lives or any other situations over which the company has no control.
10)It is mandatory to carry photo ID proof (Like Aadhaar Card, Election card, Pass port, Pan Card, Nationalized Bank ,Govt. Servant Id Proof), Confirmation Voucher, Volvo Tickets, Flight Tickets, Permits, Visa, passport etc. depending upon the package type, destination and inclusions. These documents are mandatory during check- in / check-out procedures while you are on tour.
11) Check – in time and Checkout at most of the hotels in Andaman starts from 0700 hours to 11:00 hours.
12) We make contingency plans so the sightseeing and tour itinerary do not fall on a closing day.
13) Most of the sightseeing spots listed in the Port Blair city tour remain closed on Monday and other government holidays.
14) Guests who have pre-booked Scuba or Sea walk shall be provided the activity in Havelock as per time slot availability.
15) Snorkeling is a complementary activity and in case this is missed due to any reason, there would be no refund/compensation for the same.
16) In case Makruzz/Coastal Cruise/Govt ferry is not operational due to weather, technical or other unavoidable reasons, we will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this.
17) We reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems,
18) It is advisable to seek your doctor’s advice before undertaking activities like Scuba or Sea walk, especially in case of any pre-existing medical issues.
19) No refunds would be offered on the government ferry tickets or MAKRUZZ or Coastal Cruise (Speed Catamaran) tickets, if already purchased.
20) In case Govt. ferry is booked, instead of Private Ferry due to non availability of tickets, the difference amount is non refundable.
21) We can not control the room cancellation because of the cancellation of the flight/ ferry.
22) We can not control the cancellation of reservations due to climatic changes.
23) Any refund claims on the complementary part of the package shall not be entertained.
24) City museums and monuments remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing after returning to Port Blair from Havelock/Neil, time permitting.
25) We will not be liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of the reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc.
26) Due to geographical differences, few places may not have as lavish facilities as that of developed tourist destinations. In such places, Hotels are categorized on the basis of location, services and costing and not as 3 star, 4 Star and so on. The vehicle types are limited and may not be of latest models. Also general infrastructure such as hospitals, petrol pumps, ATMs etc may also be missing. Thus, Guests are requested to be well-prepared for such destinations in advance.
27)We can not control any delays or cancellations due to Heavy Traffic Jams, blocked roads, technical faults, strikes, natural disasters or any unforeseen event. Such situations may also demand for some extra services vis-a-vis extra cost.
While credit and debit cards are widely accepted, it's advisable to carry some cash, especially when visiting remote areas where card facilities may be limited.
To make the most of your sightseeing tours and transfers, please be punctual. Timely departure is essential to ensure you cover all planned attractions and points of interest.
Please note that tickets and entry fees to all attractions are not included in the package.
Entry fees can vary, so it's a good idea to check the specific costs for each attraction in advance.
Heavy rainfalls are observed between June to September so itinerary changes are possible. In case the roads are blocked due to landslides or any other natural calamity, a permit may not be available to go.
Wear appropriate clothing, especially when visiting religious sites. Revealing attire is not culturally acceptable.
Public drinking is prohibited so consume alcohol only in licensed establishments or private spaces.
ID proof is mandatory for each visitor at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid ID proof.
The tour takes place through an eco-friendly zone; do not encourage littering the local sites.
Kindly make sure to carry a pair of winter clothes as you will require it upon reaching Munnar, the hill station.
Driver Service will be available from 8 am to 7 pm.
The hotels listed are subject to availability and may have varying prices during long weekends and the holiday season.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
Munnar & Thekkady rooms will not have A/C options these are hill stations However, a few hotels have AC options available but at an additional cost.
Be aware that Chunayammakkal Waterfall often dries up during winter, so plan your visit accordingly.
Houseboat check in at 12 Noon and cruises till 5 PM, Boat will be anchored till 8 AM and cruises till 9 AM for checkout
For Deluxe A/C Houseboat, A/C will be operating from 9 PM till 6 AM only (All houseboat related inclusions are applicable only if the Itinerary is including Houseboat stay)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
The provided transfer will be available till 8 PM only.
Please note that the driver might turn off the vehicle’s ACs while driving in hilly areas to optimise engine performance.
Any deviation from the planned route of the vehicle at customer's request during the tour will be chargeable on a per kilometre basis.
Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water, etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
It is recommended to carry essential medicines, including those for altitude sickness.
Kindly consider packing refillable water bottles and energy-rich snacks.
It is recommended that you Include at least one warm layer for unpredictable mountain weather.
In case of heavy snowfall, if the vehicle needs to be upgraded to 4x4 then the difference amount will be borne by the customer.
Any rescheduling/rearrangement of the package due to circumstances beyond Thrillophilia's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicles.
If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from the point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
Any breakage or damage of any items at the stay property will be charged at actuals.
While card payments are becoming increasingly accepted, remote areas may have limited options. Please carry a mix of cash and cards for emergencies.
Please note that prices are dynamic and may change in the peak season and on blackout dates (special dates like Diwali, Christmas, New Year’s, etc).
Kindly do not litter and help keep the destinations clean.

Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
ID proof is mandatory for each visitor at the time of booking, and upon arrival. PAN Card will not be considered as a valid identity proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passport as a proof of identity.
Mobile Network: Only Postpaid network (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) is active in the region.
Breakfast availability in hotel on last day totally depends on your departure timings.
It is recommended to carry enough warm clothes and the right kind of shoes for the tour. The advisable baggage weight is 60 liters as you might have to carry the luggage to the backup vehicle, the accommodation, etc.
Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc.
The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
We reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
Ladakh has one of the most difficult terrains in the country and the weather is harsh and unpredictable, the hotels and their facilities in Ladakh can not be compared with equivalent hotels in other parts of the country. They are more basic in nature but Ladakhi people carry the local warmth, which compensates for the star categories.
Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.
Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), we reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.

Passport copies of all the passengers are must to initiate the booking.
We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.
PAYMENT POLICY:
The Rate of Exchange (R.O.E) will be the prevailing rate on the day/date of Payment ( + 01 rupee will be applicable on the ROE ).
The Rate of Exchange (R.O.E) will be calculated from xe.com.
After we receive confirmation from the agent on mail, we shall block hotel rooms.
Once the rooms are blocked a certain C.O.D (Cut-off date) is given by the hotel, before which the agent has to clear 100% hotel amount.
100% amount must be cleared 21 days before guest arrival in Bali.
Hotel Specifications:- Standard Room - A Standard hotel room means a compact accommodation with basic amenities such as queen sized bed, proper lighting, toilet with running water, ventilation and door locking system with proper cleanliness & hygiene | Deluxe Room - A Deluxe hotel room generally has a view (city, mountains, river,etc) which is subject to availability. The room has all the facilities of a standard room with additional amenities like a slightly larger area, television, telephone, bath towels. | Super Deluxe Room - A Super Deluxe room is spacious and offers a great view and has a king sized bed. Along with the facilities of a deluxe room, it also has a sofa, chair, table.
All Traveller including co-travellers must carry 2 passport size photo and 2 photocopies of a valid id proof along with the originals(voter id, passport, driving license, govt job dept id proof are only accepted)
We reserves the right to rearrange or change the itinerary for reasons that are beyond control like Natural calamity, weather conditions, road block etc.
Pick up from airport should be mandatorily between 5 am to 7 pm. Beyond these timings, it is recommended to stay in Siliguri & Traveller is advised to let us know before booking if they are arriving after 7 PM in Siliguri so that we can rearrange their Itinerary
By default, We arrange a standard room in the category that travellers books. In case a traveller prefers an upper category room or a suite, they are requested to inform before booking the package
Sumo/Bolero is not allowed in main market area between 8:00 – 20:00 thus these vehicles are not allowed to drop/pick up the travellers directly to/from hotel in Sikkim, Darjeeling, Gangtok & Pelling.
Vehicles are not on disposal & may not deviate from the itinerary unless any issue occurs such as bad weather, Political/social disturbances, roadblocks, VVIP movements & state transport rule prohibition.
Cholamo Lake, Green Lake and Lonak Valley are trekking routes, where cabs are not allowed and options for travelling at these spots have been barred by Sikkim Government
The services in Tata Sumo/bolero/ non-luxury car (Allotted from Govt local union) cannot be guaranteed in a good condition as the vehicles are usually very old and are already driven for more than 1 lakh kilometre in hilly terrains. We avoid arranging these cars for travellers.
We
may do their best to provide an accommodation out of the accommodation list shared with the guest however a *similar hotel in the category booked by the traveller may also be assigned pertaining to various reasons like unavailability, Maintenance, Security, feedback from multiple guests & extenuating circumstances like an accident at a hotel or intervention of local authorities, bad weather, Political/social disturbances, roadblocks, VVIP movements & state transport rule prohibition. We will inform you about the change & reasons behind it in advance
Heavy rainfalls are observed between June – September which means that real time itinerary changes are possible. In case the roads are blocked due to landslides or any other natural calamity, a permit to go to North Sikkim may not be issued. Thrillophilia will arrange alternate sightseeing for the travellers however cost of alternative accommodation needs to be borne by the customer as the hotels prebooked execute their cancellation policies & are nonrefundable. This is generally what happens when you book the hotels yourself as well.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities or sightseeing may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try to provide an alternate feasible activity when it’s possible. A refund may not be applicable & we may not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc
Any sightseeing point which is not completed due to time constraints, traffic jam, natural calamity, travelers starting late, permits issued late or any other reason beyond control, We does not take the liability for a refund or a discount.
